Brokerage Reps
Coastal is seeking individuals with or without
brokerage experience for our Freight Brokerage Sales Division.
Coastal will provide office, support and leads. You provide desire
and drive. Position requirements:
- Ability to excel in commission based pay
schedule.
- Self motivated, detail oriented salesperson
- Ability to dispatch, communicate, plan, and
manage several different customers, loads, and carriers.
- 24/7 point of emergency contact. Co. cell
phone provided.
- Utilize proprietary corporate software as
well as 3rd party software for dispatch and communication.
- Ability to meet and exceed benchmarks of
service as set by management.

Outside
Sales/Marketing
Outside Sales Qualifications:
- College Degree Preferred
- Strong Communication and time
management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and
provide solutions
- Personal motivation for success
- Computer skills highly desired
- Professional appearance
- 2-5 years of proven sales
experience with 50-100% of income coming from business generated from
new accounts
Compensation:
- Base Salary plus commission and
travel expenses
Company Drivers
Two years minimum OTR experience and clean MVR,
CDL class A required. Current starting pay $.32/mile, driver performance
reviewed every 6 months pay increases up to $.38/mile. Call today.
